"Constant loud music, and after a while u just stop complaining and have to suffer through it lol.. Roach infested (no matter how clean you are personally) expect them and in the worse places too like in the old ran down kitchen cabinets crawling all over your food that they should urgently remodel to go along with the rest of the unit.. And definitely not safe in my opinion, I kid you not, my family and I had to endure a police chase a man on foot and tackle him down right outside of our window literally DAY 2 of our night being there! So glad my lease was month to month it wasn’t even a whole month before I began searching for something else! Wasn’t even there a whole year but was charged over $500 to touch up the paint for the whole apartment lol ridiculous! so don’t expect your security deposit back.. But you can’t put a price on peace! Thankfully God has opened the doors for me and my family to find something much better and much safer"
"I just recently moved from Park Towne Apts. Me and my daughter lived there for 12 yrs. Living there was so wonderful that I didn’t want to leave but it was a better move for us with everything going up. I had no issues with the ladies in the office at all. They really took care of things. I really appreciated when I needed a work order done it was done in a timely manner. All around I have no complaints when I was there. I gave them no problems and they gave me none in return. Thank you Park Towne for allowing us to stay for as long as we did."
"We supposedly have security but my car has been broken into twice. One entire side of my kitchens electricity is out, as is the guest bathroom and I've come home to my door being unlocked multiple times. I wish I had the money to move."
"These people rip you off. Renting here is a scam, read your paper work. They charge you for things AFTER you moved out. They said an outlet was dirty so they charged 50 dollars, anything they want, they'll just add it to your tab, and management is the worst, good luck dealing with a woman who looks and acts like a gorilla, also they punish the apartments if kids who don't even live there mess up the pool area, they'll close it for a week. You leave the apartment in BETTER condition then when they give it to you and they STILL say you owe them money. Do Not Rent here. Bunch of ghetto scooter kids"
