"On 12/21/23 as I was entering the gate entrance the gate malfunctioned and crashed my car. It popped my tire and scrapped the right side of my passenger door. Luckily I had neighbors that witnessed the incident and help me change my tire. I called the office as soon as it happened and went looking for the manager at her apartment to make my report. A male opened the door and stated she wasn’t home but would relay the message. I continued to leave messages and stopped by the office on a daily basis but it was always closed even though businesses hours state 8:30-5:40pm. I didn’t get a call back until the first week of January and all I was told was a report would be filed. It’s been a month and I have no update. I’ve called the corporate number multiple times and left multiple messages and still no one has had the audacity to contact me. I recently went to the office and and asked the manager for another update. She said she knows I’ve been calling their corporate number but the owner doesn’t care and won’t be doing anything about it. This place is a joke things never get fixed right, and they could really care less about tenants incidents and concerns but don’t waste time in increasing rent prices!"
