"Unprofessional. Del Mar Realty is trying to rent a NON SMOKING unit that absolutely REEKS of cigarette smoke from past tenant(s). When asked why does it smell like smoke I was given the answer "Oh thats not this unit that smells, its the construction workers downstairs that smoke and it drafts up to this unit..." OK! No thanks. And they had the audacity to ask if I was involved with the illegal marijuana business because I own a Nutritional Products company [and have for 5 years] and one of our products advertised on my website has European Hemp Oil as an active ingredient. You guys do realize that hemp and hemp oil is 100% LEGAL right!? It is sold on amazon and grocery stores across America. Again, unprofessional is an understatement with these guys."
