"DO NOT bother coming here. The manager is unprofessional. Once, you're approved and ask for a contract, she refuses to give you a contract. Then, makes up a story of other parties involved in ruling who handles all applications. When you do come in for the contract, she has already given your apartment away and acts like she has no clue how it happened. She keeps your money orders. This rating does not deserve a rating of 1 star. Document everything and take her to court. Never have communication with her via phone. Only through text, and email. She will lie and say she can only speak to you via phone. Seek out court documents on hand, in case you have to sue her."
"Worst place! Noisy neighbors stomping on the floor. Spiders everywhere. Cracking in the walls, like the roof is going to cave in. Someone broke into my friends truck. Not enough parking. No play room for kids. Property management suck at answering calls or returning phone calls at all and happen to never be available. Manager Lei is never working in the office even during the minimal working hours she has, she is nowhere to be found. She has a tendency to display she cares when she really lies straight to your face, and demonstrates techniques of lying. I would not suggest this place for anyone!!!"
