"I been living is for 3 an half year, and there have be problems before and not as bad. I have had problem with one person Jessica when she came on board, i I feel she came hard, she got my Car towed from my parking spot instead of coming an ask about it. lost a lot of personal court paper that taking me long time to get and could not pay to get it. She need to be kind in some ways. Come to the maintenance they are on it they work hard to get things done even trying to fix and get our ground’s together and what need to be done in our apartments. Great Job Julia andRay keep it up. When I talk to Robert I through I felt that he going to be good he listen to you and try his best for you, and trying to get the with a gate for us. So Keep up the good work you guys stay"

"Water gets shut off very frequently (10+ times in my few months here) Hot water works about half the time Dogs always barking People using all the washing machines at once Had a payment issue and resolved the same day they brought it up with a cashiers check. I now cannot pay my rent online for 3 months. Every single screen in my apartment falls out with a gust of wind Will not be renewing."

"It started out great, then crash and burn. 1. Hot water is hardly available. 2. Some people that have dogs, do a horrible job controlling them. 3. People use all the washing machines at once. 4. Doors slamming shut so loud that it shakes our apartment. I really liked this place, but 2 years later it is not the same. I am glad that I am moving out."

"This complex is overpriced and they lie about the amenities that are granted during your residence. The pool and jacuzzi remain unheated throughout most of the year and they ignore calls for maintenence. There is also favoritizm shown to specific residents who are able to break contract while others are singled out. Water gets shut off at least 3-4 times a month without any notification. With notification the water gets shut off about twice a month. That is 6 times a month that you go at least half a day without running water. Plus, utilities are not included and they raise the rent every year. Your car will be broken in to or stolen during duration here and the camera's that they have are all dummies except for the ones focused on the leasing office, so good luck catching the vandals/thieves. This community is not gated and the only gates you will see are the ones surrounding the pool which is required by law.Your money would be better spent elsewhere."
