"VDC changed wifi providers and its been absolutely horrendous. After winter break its managed to get even worse and now simple things like Gmail and Canvas won't even load. I just spent 10 minutes trying to submit my homework (a simple Google Doc). Tried contacting the internet provider for help and they couldn't do anything. Residents have been complaining about the internet for months now and they've done nothing to fix it. They'll continue to give you the internet provider's contact information when they can't do anything to fix it. Its crazy how they raise rent but cheap out on such an important thing for students."

"It is ridiculous how terrible the wifi is. For an apartment community geared towards students it should be a priority. Wifi is consistently out every week for some period of time. Apartment furniture is subpar. Laundry rooms are dirty. Machines are constantly out of order."

"Its ok except for the internet. Internet connection was flawless last year but they swapped to MyCampusNet/Apogee and it has been a mind numbingly bad experience. First week was straight up unusable. They supposedly fixed the issue but there is frequent high packet loss, inconsistent ethernet, and high ping even to this day. Calling support does not help and wouldn't recommend if you do anything that relates to needing a stable connection."

"Living here is ok unless they place you directly next to a boiler room. In which case, good luck sleeping at night. They also recently "upgraded" the service provider for the internet. Not only has wifi/ethernet been extremely unstable, its also very difficult to do anything that requires a live connection."
