"The onsite manager , is a manipulative, untrustworthy, narcissist that gives the management co. As well as the owners of Alerge Apts a very bad name. She falsifies documents to Tennant's as well as manipulates her use of management rules or basic power. She is discriminative to Tennant's, she uses eviction as a threat at the drop of a dime. She plots Tennant's against each other . As well as Slanders Tennant's to other Tennant's. She has posted documents on certain Tennant's doors under the ruse of being a lawyer, stating that the Tennant's are not allowed to speak about , gather in anyway and discuss anything to do with or about Alerge apts. . Sandra Ruiz has gone so far as to tell not ask Tennant's to record other Tennant's and report back to her. She is unscrupulous, in her everyday managerial duty's. This is just a short list of her wrong doings. She needs to be investigated and fired before she hurts any more people.. she takes advantage of the mentally ill Tennant's with threats and lies, and constantly keeping them in a state of agitation and uncertainty . She derails there since of safety and security by slandering them after coaxing them to trust in her. She is a bad person in general. Which makes her an extremely bad person to be on site manager. She is mentally abusive of the mentally ill Tennant's. I wish I could say this was alone my opinion. Unfortunately that is not the case. . Think very hard before you choose Alerge Apts with Sandra Ruiz as onsite manager as your place of residence. She will make your life a constant hell. And illegally so.. The thought of her and her wrong doings makes my stomach turn. I can only imagine how other Tennant's are coping!? She is a manipulative , hurtful, unprofessional excuse for a manager.. Please someone remove her from her position. Before she harms more people's lives"

"Sandy is an excellent property manager. Many of the complaints are from tenants who don't follow the rules, are upset because they want a larger apartment, want to control the electrical vehicle station and don't want to accept responsibility for their children's poor behavior. Sandy has been instrumental in keeping rif raf out. The prior manager was absolutely unprofessional and incompetent."

"Honestly Alegre Apartments has been a great experience ever since Sandy the manager came. She is amazing and literally a superwoman. She is attentive and is very timely with any requests and any questions you have she is ready to answer them. She is so warm and welcoming as well. Also she is always keeping our apartments so clean my constantly cleaning and picking up trash even when she’s technically “off”. She really takes care of the apartments for the residents and I appreciate her so much. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments and have never seen a manager as hardworking as Sandy. Because of her commitment to the apartments it makes it a great place to live and I have no complaints!"

"Nice Apts I’ve been here since 2015 when they were first built the old manager Carlos I had a problem with he was very rude but he’s no longer here . Now the new manager Sandy Ruiz is awesome I’ve never had a problem with her. She does her job very well the people here don’t like her cause she’s . doing what management requires her to do. They don’t want to abide by the rules here these are affordable living Apts and they have restrictions to live here people don’t like to follow the rules and get mad when Sandy does her job she’s not here to babysit us if they don’t like it here then they should move . The tenants don’t like to keep it clean here they throw their trash any where besides the dumpster."

Sandy is a great manager she makes sure things are done she’s caring and for the people who are complaining about the manager also complained about our last manager and didn’t like him Also they do these inspections but they are picked lottery style so u may have an inspection or you might not it’s apart of being low income there’s rules u have to follow."
