"Walls are paper thin. Homeless people taking over open garages. Controllers for both gate and garage are always having issues. Water is randomly turned off or there’s no hot water for hours with no warning to the tenants. My fire place was never fixed after 2 years of being there, they never followed up to see what the issue was. Complained of termites for almost 7 months never followed up. Tenants all around complaining of water leaks and mold. Random piles of trash people dump out of their cars in the parking lot when there’s trash cans all around. My apartment was broken into twice and my car as well. People will steal things out of your back porch. The list goes on and on … for the amount you pay it’s an absolute nightmare."

"We haven’t had AC for two months now we had to buy a portable unit in our bedroom, and left the one they lent us in our daughter’s room, I’m sure they mean to help but they drag their feet to do anything. It was a horrible summer experience without AC it took some complaining for them to get us the portable unit and we shelled out $600 for the other. Our washer has been down for a few days now too and it had a load so we had to drain all the clothes by hand of water to avoid mold and put them to dry outside. Truly living the Marquessa Experience"

"Alayna was very helpful, friendly and professional! So far very impressed with all the amenities 2 pools, tennis court and gym. The only down side it’s really dark at night I hope they can add more lights outside!"

"So I had moistur that caused mold in my appartment, so I had to leave my appartment early this month and was told I had to be gone for about two weeks. Here I am almost a month later and the repairs are complete, but they have taken over a week to put the appliances back. My previous request for a time-line in which my appartment would be reinhabitable was completely ignored, after me vacating with less than a weeks notice, and the work not starting until 3 days after they said it would begin. Now here we are almost a month into this process and my appartment has been at the same stage of completion since Wednesday the 23rd, so according to my photographic records there has been 10 days that me being able to move back into my appartment had been decidedly NOT!! a priority. At this point I feel discriminated against and bullied. I work at a law firm during the day and have a business that I operate once I get off the train from an hour and a half commute in the evening so me working thirteen of the sixteen hours I'm gone everyday, I understand a busy schedule, but this is clearly nothing less than nobody feels like it maybe tomorrow. I sent an email explaining my concerns only to get a response, saying no one knew this was happening, and asked me if maintenance can enter my appartment, and after saying yes two days ago, still NOTHING!!! has been done."

"This place is unsafe. All the gates are broken so homeless people are always walking around and have even taken over one of the pools. Management does nothing we have told them numerous times but last I checked the homeless population is still living out of the pool bathrooms. The gym never has the AC on it gets to 90 degrees in there and they turn off the lights in there once the office closes. Even tho the gym closes at 10. You have to turn in an ID to use the weights cause they were being stolen which just goes to show how unsafe these apartments are. Very overly priced given you can’t comfortably use the amenities. If they fixed the gates or even got a security and turned on the AC in the gym so you won’t pass out. Maybe the pricing would be reasonable. But I feel gross going to the pools knowing homeless people are swimming and hanging out there. And I don’t want to pass out in the gym from heat exhaustion. I have also had a maintenance request in for two months and my sink is still leaking."
