"My husband booked a suite through Marriott website and received a confirmation number, only to find out the hotel had to cancel our reservation due to overbooking. We were already staying in a 1 bedroom suite when this occurred. Having to find another hotel and move out of our suite was stressful, to say the least. My husband never even received confirmation of the hotel canceling the reservation. In 2024, you would think more advanced technology would be implemented at this point! Truly disappointing! I would have appreciated the hotel to compensate for a % of our stay or something along those lines. After all, we booked directly with the Marriott Hotel website."
"HIGHLY recommend for anyone traveling for business, especially visiting NSWC Corona. If you are used to needing to find hotels around bases that fall within fed gov’t per diem, this should feel extremely accommodating and borderline luxurious. Spacious king suite, extremely clean, and wonderful staff. Dolores at the front desk has brightened my day every time I’ve interacted with her, and every staff member I’ve interacted with (from cleaning services, to maintenance, to front desk) has always first asked me, “how are you enjoying your stay?”. Couldn’t ask for more when traveling for work."
"Always a great stay. Staff is very nice, and always remember me. I know I'm here a lot, but that effort goes a long way. Remodeled rooms are outstanding. Can't even think of anything to complain about; highly recommended if you're in the area."
"We stay at this Residence Inn once every year for an annual business meeting. Yes, it is much improved with a general refresh throughout. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is free and simply not good. Coffee was okay, but otherwise, the breakfast was disappointing for me."
"Visiting someone, didn't stay. But this place is super clean. In a clean industrial park so great for going on walks outside. Studio was nicely done with work desk/space and kitchen (this unit didn't have the oven). One TV that was 45-50" with good selection of channels."
