"This review is only for Edwin for the maintenance man, I’m very impressed by him his a good human being. I asked help to a Hispanic lady today 1/25/24 in the 1st floor I asked her for trash bags, she had the worst attitude and didn’t like that I asked for trash bags I couldn’t believe this rude lady. Then Edwin ask if I was okay , he immediately was very attentive and respectful and said sorry. Minutes later he came to bring me trash bags. He went out of his routine to come help me he offered to help. Not even the managers are helpful like Edwin, Edwin needs to be the manager he truly cares about his job and has a kind heart and likes to help others."

"New and very quiet. The rooms have that typical modern sterile design and are quite large. The only negative I can think of is that there are some long term residents with dogs and they don’t offer any type of breakfast but then again the rooms include a working kitchen."

"From the phone call to inquire about rates and availability Bianca the front desk clerk was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me!! She defines what a customer service experience should be. I highly recommended Evermore. It’s spotless clean and the “quiet” time is observed for those light sleepers. Again thank you Bianca for helping me including suggesting I join the rewards program. She truly is a great employee and represents Evermore Suites well!! Highly recommend you stay here!!"

"During my almost month-long stay at this hotel, I was consistently impressed by the high level of service and cleanliness. It's not often that a hotel maintains such excellence for an extended period, but this one did so effortlessly. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the modern decor and pristine condition of the hotel. The rooms were immaculate and had everything I needed to feel at home. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They were quick to address any questions I had and did so with a smile. It was evident that they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about their guests. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home."
