"I’m a taken by the experienced staff that work at this location aside from the location itself as I am searching for a place for my mother I spoke with the woman by the name of Angela M unfortunately, this is all I know of her she was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and considerate to my mother’s needs, as well as professional. I am considering bringing my grandmother along, as well as my grandfather, as I would like to have them all living at the same community. I will be returning to schedule these appointments for all three of them. I am looking forward to being delighted by Angela’s presence. Thank you for your time Angela I will be returning soon."

"I love my Apt, 2b 1 bath handicap accessible. Staff very helpful wonderful neighbors & looking forward to spending time @ the pool. All gated community."

"The gates are very hard to unlock, feel like my key is going to break off. Parking spaces are so narrow, handicap people can’t get in or out of car without a lot of pain! This issue should definitely be remedied! Need more handicap parking. The hallways aren’t cleaned and the smell haunts it. Perhaps those air fresheners that spray on and off should be installed. Front room very small. I like living here but these issues have to be listened to and all the tenants. Great thing is the bathrooms are big!"

"My mother has lived here for 5+ years. Lots of repairs are always needed around the complex itself. Tenants have to pay for most of thier own repairs and it sometimes takes a month or two to get things repaired. The staff doesn't seem to get back to you right away on anything. Dog park is the first thing your greeted with but its j6st a small patch of grass that constantly stinks like feces or a strong pee smell. Not the best first impression."

"Mgt. and Maint. are polite, the grounds are kept clean & neat, response to a maintenance call is quick (depending on the emergency), gates are fixed as soon as the company can get here. Every week day there is something going on at the clubhouse for those who want to socialize. The bldg where I live, we help each other without getting into each other's business for those who want privacy. I am very happy to be here."
