"The apartments are at a great location with many convenient stores and restaurants. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Marlene was extremely helpful with helping us with our move-in process."

This place is very quiet , clean and we’ve had no issues. recommend asking for Marlene when you come see the property. She was very nice and had lots of patience."

"My family and I were looking for a new place last year. We needed a place that was large dog friendly and had a garage. We were luckily enough to meet Margarita in the front office who walked us through everything from inquiries to move in day. She not only explained that they were pet friendly but they had 2 car garages available with washer/dryer included. Margarita is super friendly and always helps when needed. We had a couple maintenance requests and Refujio is always helpful and repairs everything in need! This place is very quiet , safe clean and we’ve had no issues."

"The manager, Margarita Duarte, and Maintenance Lead, Jose Vasquez, are our favorites! Margarita has gone above and beyond to help us wherever possible to resolve any issues we've had. In our previous townhome the management was aloof, always too busy to speak with, and indifferent. Margarita has been completely available, approachable, and kind. She listens when we speak and she's quick to resolve issues. She clearly understands her role as manager and sees the value in connecting with her community. We are beyond appreciative of her. Jose is responsive to any maintenance requests issued and does wonderful work. He is also very personable and kind. Margarita and Jose are literally holding this property together and making it a good place to live."

"This Apartment was actually amazing to live in and a really cozy home. Unfortunately when it came time to move out the management company changed from who we got to work with while we lived there and has been an absolute nightmare ever since. They lost our deposit paperwork and refused to give us back our deposit. They've said they already sent the deposit in the mail about three times and it has never showed up. They always tell us the same thing that they are unable to help us out whenever we call. We haven't lived here for about a year now and are still trying to get at the very least a statement of charges. I wasn't going to leave a review but then things got way worse for us and I think they are attempting to retaliate now. They now said we never payed our last months rent and sent us to collections. Collections says we moved out this last November when we moved out last year in April. Top be clear we definitely payed every months rent on time and gave our full deposit. We even did a deep clean when we moved out to try to make It as easy as possible for their management. When we tried to get them on the phone with the collection agency they wouldn't pick up from our phone number at all. We've left dozens of messages and they refuse to take our phone calls. We are now left with a $1000+ dollar debt that we already payed and no way to resolve this. It is a horrible shame that this change in management has happened because before I would have recommended this community 100%. This was one of my favorite places I've lived but I need to warn anyone looking to rent here that there are at the very least poor management and bookkeeping and at the most blatant attempts to extort residents when the attempt to leave."
