"Horrible place to live Train to dam loud can’t ever sleep , windows are cheap you could hear everything , even the cars passing by none stop .. now we have to try to sound proof them to even sleep it’s horrible feeling not being able to sleep .."

"Living at One11 is great because I have access to wonderful amenities, resident parking is secure and communication with the management team is excellent. I rarely have issues here and if I do, they are solved quickly. I would recommend living at this community to someone looking in the Corona area."

"My partner and I truly loved One11, it was our home for two years. We decided to move due to the high rent increases and the smoking taking place on property. Despite their claim that they are a non-smoking complex, it is simply not enforced. We made various complaints of cigarette butts all over the parking area and smoking taking place in and surrounding the building. Nothing was done. We gave up on emailing them and telling them and just closed our windows when we started smelling smoke and we tried to avoid the hallways because they always reeked. We took good care of our apartment, so much so we avoided putting stuff up and mounting our TV in order to not leave holes in the wall. Before moving out we cleaned and left everything in very good shape. Despite our efforts they kept 3/4 of our security deposit. They claim they deducted costs of painting, cleaning, and shampooing carpets (small area). Basically all the things they need to do in order to get it ready for a new tenant. Finding it outrageous I called and they explained it was standard , I asked for the number to corporate to further discuss the security deposit issue, Michael stated he didn’t have it and that they would most likely redirect me back to One 11 to discuss the problem. I found it on my own and called, I was not able to reach anyone so I left a message on 2/24/21. I have not been contacted since. Super upsetting and disappointed at how we were treated. Hopefully they are more up front with their future residents and basically tell them that it doesn’t matter how well you take care of your apartment, they will steal most of your security deposit anyway."

"Nice location and nice amenities. The only problem I have is the guest parking. It’s always the same cars taking the parking spots. I have also had someone take my parking spot and had to wait till the person showed up because there was no guest parking available and o didn’t want to take someone else spot. Noise isn’t too bad, as long as you don’t have a problem with train horns."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! My vehicle was broken into yesterday in broad daylight, management staff was “sorry that happened” we pay way more than market value for these supposedly luxury apartments and not to have any security cameras in the parking structure is absolutely ridiculous. Entrance gates are broken 3 out of 7 days a week left wide open without any security cameras installed after the 1st floor. It really sucks to pay such a high price for “luxury living” but still susceptible to break ins and vandalism due to the managements inadequateness to protect a parking garage."
