"If i could give zero stars i would,lived here for 2 years and it was mentally exhausting,the “manager” DELMY has the worst customer service ever,she treats her renters like scum,she must have forgotten that the only reason she has a job is because renters like us keep the apartments that she works at up and running,if she didn’t have tenets she would not have a job,the building is infested with termites,roaches and ect,the rent is insane for the quality and location,parking is worse than downtown L.A oh and one more thing,be careful of tenants in apartment 101 they hate children and anyone that has a life and has fun,they must mistake the River ridge for a convalescent home because they will pound on your ceiling at 4 pm in the afternoon if your listening to music or just watching a movie.good luck to anyone who rents here."

"Zero stars... cheaply made, we can hear our neighbors through the walls and theyre not even loud... guy walks across a room upstairs, the windows shake and i know exactly where he's standing... no real storage availability... two different types of closets, one hanging from the top and the other supported on tracks, and it is not built level, and one side is inaccessible where you have to walk in the not-a-walk-in closet to get anything out of that side of the closet... you know when the 8 or 9 neighbors you're connected to are taking showers or flushing... the bugs come out of everywhere including the toilet, shower drain, sink drain, and almost nothing is sealed so the cracks they can come out of are endless... we had an ant problem so i bought ant bait... it worked for the days, the bugs stopped coming from behind the backsplash area between the wall and the counter then the next day there were even more eating the same bait and they were coming from behind the outlet in the top cabinet the microwave... the response management gave was 'yeah this happens every year, take out the trash more often and sprinkle cinnamon around the house... oh you're a smoker? Get off the property completely to have a cigarette or an overweight judgy (i know, redundant) Karen will complain to management that it's you when in fact you quit smoking a year ago and you can't rectify the situation because they don't want you to know who complained about you..."

"If I could rate zero stars I would. This place is absolutely terrible. Parking is an absolute nightmare and their “security/courtesy patrol” they claim to have I’m pretty sure doesn’t even exist as I have yet to ever see any workers here, neighbors are loud and highly inconsiderate (this is in all buildings from talking to other tenants not just personal) impossible to sleep here. Management does nothing to resolve these issues and that’s if they even answer the office phone or are even in the office to begin with. Seems like they only answer when they know it’s time to make a payment. I completely regret moving in here. Can not wait for my lease to end, hell I may even pay just to break the lease and leave. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE."

"My wife and I went there to look today. Looks okay and fairly kept on the outside for the age. Could use fresh paint and modernization for the age and times tho. Inside is nice and fairly spacious in some areas and lacking in others, that's a given. Also, the garages are 1 car, decent size. What I didn't like, the vague answers the leasing consultant provided when asking questions. You literally can't do Shxt there. the community room/clubhouse, pretty much off limits after an hour usage, can't have a small gathering to celebrate and whatnot. You ask what you can or can't do and she's either No, or Yes. Not to mention the rude comments she made to my wife, how would she know if she has a condition or not? Should just mind your business and kept it professional. You can be disappointed all you want that we came right before 5pm, but that's the cutoff time we were told and I'd expect service to be best as possible no matter if it's the beginning or end of the day. I train my employees to leave their personal issues at the door and how to engage professionally about their day. This shouldn't be any different, whether she lives on the property or not. Work on it."
