"Absolutely love living here. The administration is very helpful and extremely friendly."
"They take such good care of us❤️❤️"
"Great service from the entire staff. The maintenance is very fast at responding and fixing any issue that may arise. The front desk staff is always extremely kind and helpful. I definitely recommend the Daumier!"
"The main issue I have had since being a resident here is that during my time of transitioning units, the Daumier had the audacity to have me move into my new unit when the common areas had not yet been cleaned. There was still a resident living in the other bedroom and all their stuff was still in the kitchen and the living areas that I am also paying rent for. There were always little things I was not satisfied with while living here, but ever since the newer staff arrived, I have not been too happy. They claimed that they would not clean the common areas until the other resident had moved out. How am I even supposed to use the space properly when someone else's belongings are occupying said space? How am I supposed to prepare my food when the kitchen isn't even cleaned yet???????? Someone make it make sense for me. They shouldn't have even had me move it until the unit as a WHOLE was cleaned and ready for both new residents to move in. The management is VERY unprofessional for this. Especially during this time of co-VID. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to live here as it is also highly over priced. The other two complexes nearby are kind of ehh but they're still probably better than here as I have heard no complaints from fellow classmates that live there. You're probably better off renting a house in chino hills."
"The single star is for the valiant effort of the maintenance staff to make this place livable. I was an out-of-state student looking for a convenient apartment to live in while acclimating to school and a living in a new region, and instead found myself overpaying for tiny living spaces and office staff lacking in empathy and communication skills. Overall, you are better off finding a house nearby with classmates, and management would be better off finding non-vindictive employees who do not pick on residents. After paying over $25,000 over two years for the neglected coffee machine and dirty pool, the staff could not even save a package for me that was mailed prior to my moving, but delivered a week after, and returned it to the sender several thousand miles away, in spite of my reaching out and saying that I am on campus every day. Select Daumier staff are shamefully out of place working at a facility affiliated with a University founded on humanism."
