"Do NOT rent from ANYWHERE Jon Stewart is managing!!! Insane shennigans with J,.S. M.Co. HUD should have kicked this company to the curb 10 years ago!!! They are very corrupt! They will send you a notice about something then claim they NEVER sent it!, numerous law suits about black mold in apartments and illegal entries, I could go on and on."
"I lived there for five years with minor issues. Then the on-site manager kathy Santana began extorting money from tenants, threatening to evict them if they refused to pay. So I filed a lawsuit against her and fair housing refused to help or even look into the situation there. Didnt know at the time I was taking on the Irvine Company. No need to explain the outcome of that."
