"Loved living here at the Streams. The leasing team is professional and the location is perfect for my family. There actual streams here that my baby girl loves to walk through and enjoy a tiny taste of nature. It's been sweet to also meet our neighbors during community events. The maintenance team respond quick too!"

"I really wanted to say good things about living here but so much has come to my attention that I can’t & feel the need to warn people. Yes this is an Orange County apartment complex but isn’t great. The staff do don’t keep a certain standard, things are not kept well (paint, grass areas, regulations in the lease terms) Leasing agents don’t go through an introduction process to explain your stay here. They just sign you up and I guess hope you figure it out. Fare warning to upcoming leases."

"I moved in about a month and a half ago now. Process was extremely easy and the team in the leasing office was great! Ashley helped me get approved, and held out my showing for a couple of days as I was out of town. After I signed my lease a package had mistakingly been delivered while out of town and again Ashley saved the day by keeping it safe for me. The team is very trust worthy! The amenities are great, and BONUS a couple of the AWESOME residents put together community events a couple times a month. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors and fellowship. Last month we met for brunch at the pool and they had yummy breakfast for us. It was so cute! So far very pleased. Happy I ended up at The Streams."

"We've been living at The Streams for the last year and we've loved living here. We've had great experiences with the maintenance staff, Ivan and Martin, and appreciate the leasing staff! We especially love the fun events that are put on and the ducks. There is a season every year where the baby ducks are throughout the streams and we love them!"
