"The Urban Ecology Center Washington Park tries to do an incredible job. The programs show great promise. But sadly SOME of the employees make it difficult. I get hung up on every time I have called to ask questions about the programs. Which has been several different times now. If the person: -Doesn't want to answer the phone - they pick up and immediately hang up. - When they do answer the phone - If they don't know an answer instead of connecting to someone who does - they HANG up. Didn't happen once or twice but ... EVERY. Single. Time. I give up! Completely unprofessional .. Not worth the hassle."
