"My Mom lived in the Fountain Glenn Apartments at Laguna Niguel for over 13 years. In my opinion, it is the best 55 + apartment complex in Orange County. The manager Sarah and her team ( Tim, Fernando, David, etc) are all very pleasant and attentive to the residents needs. They are always friendly and respond to all maintenance and service requests right away. The apartments are all very modern and upgraded with fresh paint, appliances and flooring. In addition, they are pet friendly! Great location, there is a shopping center directly across the street, close the the beach ( less than 5 miles ) and sight seeing. Mission Hospital is also very close by as well. The community and neighbors are equally friendly and everyone is cordial with one another. As we all encounter a new reality with Covid-19 , if you are looking for a safe, clean quiet place to call home, look no further.
