"If you are looking for a decent apartment to live, Blu is a must-check on your list, you can find good pictures from other reviews but I would like to spend more words on highlighting the service from the leasing office, especially my special thanks to Mr. William Noh, you deserve my 5 star!!! William (we call him Will) is not only super nice and patient, but more importantly, he is a great demonstration of professional to take care of customer. By a few communications, he can immediately tailer to your needs to find the most suitable floor plan, he can help you complete the application and approval in a few minutes if the credit is decent, what is more, when he helped us locate the extra storage room, the first consideration comes to his mind is the walking distance to our apartment. I lived in different apartments in Northern/Southern California, my experience tells me that service quality always comes first. Check my picture, this is the leasing office's muffin treat and my family loves it!!!"

I make full use of all the luxurious amenities on a daily basis and enjoy the aesthetic of modern design. Matt Baptista and the rest of the on-site staff are an absolute pleasure to engage with and they are highly professional in addressing any needs that arise. "Great property and super friendly and helpful staff. We came back to tour the property multiple times while figuring out our move. Each time they went out of their way to show us around and help us make our decision. Matt, Mahi, Will, and Melissa were by far the best office staff we came across during our search for a new home. "We've been living at Blu Laguna Niguel for 6 months now and we love it! The community is well maintained, great amenities, awesome management team! We've lived in other apartment buildings before, but never experienced such a great community engagement and I think it has to do a lot with management involvement in a community building! Met(the manager) always has things organized such as movie night, holidays celebration, food trucks, yoga etc. My only wish is for this community to have a 3B options for a bigger family, like mine :)"
