Very reasonably priced and won’t nickel and dime you for move in, on monthly rents, on annual renewals and move outs. Rent includes garage and cable tv. Very happy here that I decided to renew my lease."

"Worst apartment ever! DO NOT MOVE HERE. I know their rent is cheaper than other apartment complexes but do your self a favor and save your self some time and money. They have termites issues and A LOT OF LEAKAGE issues. We lived here since 2020 and there's always an issue with the apartment. One of the burners from our electric stove is never working! We've called several time to report it and after they "fix" it, it would break again. They already tried fixing it 2-3x and I'm tired of submitting work orders. 2nd issue was the termites! When we scheduled the pest control with them they said they only come in every Tuesday/Thursday and when we actually have time to be at home they were not available. 3rd issue was the bathroom leak from my upstairs neighbor. When he overflows his bathtub there would be a leak on our bathroom ceiling. The first incident was horrible. They had to open the entire ceiling and replace it. Now that it's happening again 8/6/2023 I was told that they have to redo it all over again due to the moisture. They left a blower on in the bathroom and 2 dirty towel. The blower is plugged in to my electricity that I have to pay. Last issue was me asking them for 2 things before I renen my apartment lease. I asked for pest control inside and outside my apartment AND if they could at least hose down or clean the apartment windows from the outside. They said they can do the pest control but not the window cleaning as that service is only available for 2nd and 3rd floor tenants! How disgusting is that! I have taken these issues with the management today via email noting that my husband and I have health issues and immunocompromised. They said that they will forward this to the "management". This place is a joke! DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"I enjoy living here - it is well kept in terms of maintenance, landscaping, and renovations. The leasing office staff are pleasant to work with, neighbors are friendly, and parking is ample."
