"I would like to give a review for the maintenance at Irvine, Turtle Rock Vista Apartments. Andrew has been my primary maintenance man and he is very nice, very responsive and professional. Whenever I put an order in for fixing something, the whole team is very responsive. I appreciate Andrew’s caring and concern. He takes great pride in his work and it shows."

"I am a long-time resident here. It is convenient: very close to schools, shopping, and dining. Also, the adjacent nature preserve is wonderful for walking and bird/wildlife viewing. The staff and on-site management are great! Recent interactions with John and Andrew (maintenance) and Jarred (manager) over a maintenance issue were very positive and professional. The only real downside to the community is the age of the buildings. However, the management works hard to maintain and upgrade as needed."

"True sense of community from the staff at Turtle Rock Vista The team here put in amazing effort into minimizing disruption to our family during a recent displacement caused by an emergency situation in our unit over the Thanksgiving holidays. The Turtle Rock Vista team was responsive and communicative and we felt they owned the inconvenience right alongside us. Our experience with the TR Vista team has always felt connected and leads to a sense of community. In this particular situation, it manifested as: • Sincere concern and obvious ownership of our inconvenience from the entire team at TR Vista.. personal interactions with Candace, Jenny, Andrew, Jarred, and John made us feel important and empathized with. It's obvious to ua that the importance of fostering community is something Irvine Company strives for and seeks in their front-line staff. • Regular status updates and estimates on unit progress and return date • Useful, actionable information about the process and changes in our move-in date If there's any feedback it's that, at times, the experience felt a bit mechanical and process driven. Despite the TR Vista team's efforts to treat the entire process as neighbors, certain points in the process seemed to prioritize efficiency over all else. Nonetheless, we're grateful for the effort the team put in to coordinate works through the holidays and get us back in our unit quickly!"
