Anton Legacy Apartments

"Alert!!! Do not rent here, first off if you plan on living here based off an income based program, it’s a fraud! My mother was so excited to live here since she has limited income and signed the lease with an understanding that she would pay 1800.00 for 12 months. What we failed to do was read the fine print and 2 months later she received a letter that due to city “increase” her rent went up to 2900.00 plus additional fees that are not consistent based on water, trash and etc. Diana is one of the rudest managers who seems like she hates life. She is bitter and lacks customer service. She shows no empathy for renters who were sold on a false advertisement. Unfortunately because Tustin has no rent control laws everything they do is pretty much legal. Do yourself a favor and turn around. I would encourage the owners to fire the manager and hire someone who has better customer service. I truly believe, had there been a better manager I would put in a better review but my mom has been through hell living there. She works to pay her rent and car payment. It’s very sad! I thought she was finally going to catch a break but if anything she went into a worst situation. Knowing how much she made monthly they sure sold her on false hopes. Thankfully we chose not to renew her and trying to get the manager to sign a simple form has become so complicated. Again, this is for those who plan on living there based off an income program."

"I’m living at this place for 8 years. I feel comfortable living here. The past 7 years was hard to live because the parking. The management they fixed the parking situation. We have a nice park attaches to the apartment. Allah bless our community."

"I've lived at Anton Legacy Apartments for about five years now. There have been ups and downs. there were a lot of parking issues in addition to others. they have finally brought people who care enough and are competent enough to address almost all these issues. the new management Diana and Fernando have been fantastic. they have been able to solve the parking issues in addition to streamlining the process, of doing paperwork. We are very pleased with their work and the maintenance guys are absolutely amazing. I hope they get a raise for finally solving these critical issues this place had. I would highly recommend living here. it is very safe and the new management is very responsive. overall 5stars."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Anton Legacy Apartments. While my time living there was amazing, the way they handled my security deposit after moving out was unacceptable. It has been over 30 days since I vacated the premises, and I have yet to receive my deposit. I have attempted to reach out to them multiple times, but they have not responded or given me any indication of when I can expect to receive my deposit. It is unacceptable that a company can treat their tenants this way. I followed all the proper procedures, and they have failed to do their part. I would not recommend living here if you expect to receive your deposit back in a timely manner. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received, and I hope that Anton Legacy Apartments will take action to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else in the future."

"I wish I could honestly give the new awesome manager 10 stars. Monica took over my application & immediately helped. The property is very clean and quiet. The apartment itself, absolutely beautiful. All the girls in the office were sweet & attentive. Thank you Anton"
