The response was quick and within the next 2 hours, the maintenance tech, Eduardo, arrived. He identified the issue with our microwave and fixed it quickly! He also noticed our drip pans were in bad shape and he replaced them without us even asking him to. This was so kind of him and we really appreciate the initiative! Thank you Eduardo !"

I was very concerned about my dog too. Thankfully San Marco Service came to the rescue and I couldn't be happier with the efficient and professional service I received. From the moment I made that crucial phone call, I was met with exceptional service. Adrian, the service manager, was prompt and reassuring. He immediately understood the urgency of my situation and assured me that a technician would be dispatched to my home right away. Sure enough, Cornelio, one of their experienced technicians, arrived promptly and went to work diagnosing the issue. His expert knowledge and diagnostic skills were evident as he efficiently identified the problem and outlined the necessary repairs. I was particularly impressed by his transparency and willingness to explain the situation in a way that was easy for me to understand. Not only did Cornelio address the issue swiftly, but he also exhibited a high level of professionalism throughout the process. "The cheapest price in Irvine, the city that became as expensive as SF Bay Area. Apartments have a lot of windows so the first floor apartments aren't dark as in other places. And they charged only $170 for cleaning when I was leaving. This was a good price because I would had spent 2 days to clean the apartment myself, my time is definitely more valuable than $170."
