"Cockroach infested place. Maintenance will blow dirt up on your car every morning as “sweeping.” The miss in the front office never has any answers as the one in charge is always “away”. They’re only helpful while they want you to sign a year lease. Your deposit you’ll really never get back even if you’re at good standing point on the way out. It comes out to $2000 a month here with utilities. Idk how haha but at that price for the small place you’re better off anywhere else. All the positive reviews are fake. They pay to delete the low ratings. All the appliances are old. Prepare to struggle with that too. They don’t care to replace/fix them. (A/C, Refrigerator, sink nozzle, blinds) When I first moved in they turned the place in to me a mess and when I moved out they still had the nerve to charge me a cleaning fee. Take pictures and keep notes of any conversations in case you have trouble with them on the way out. And don’t be afraid to lawyer up if you have to. They really don’t have your best interest in mind. Just be prepared to be ignored if you do get a lawyer, the miss in the front says she doesn’t have to talk to you if that’s the case. So professional."

"Priscilla is one of the best managers if not the best that I've had the pleasure of getting help from. She's extremely attentive and followed up with us constantly to make sure we were in touch despite us deciding on a different apartment complex due to location. Almost made it hard for us to choose the other place over Tuscany."

"The apartments are affordable, the apartments are beyond well kept with, there are 2 pools, there is a gym, there are air conditioners and heaters, there is a barbeque grill outside, Kathy and Priscilla are very helpful in case you have questions, the maintenance are great if you ever have a problem, there are stores nearby, and a lot of restaurants as well..! The neighbors are great, and the atmosphere is great..! I recommend these apartments for whoever is reading this review, and if you might know anyone who is looking for great apartments..!"

Every step, from visiting the apartment to finalizing the lease, was remarkably straightforward. The staff, particularly Priscilla, provided invaluable assistance and made the entire process stress-free. I am extremely content with my choice of dwelling here, and the neighbors have been wonderfully kind and respectful. If I had the option, I would give it a perfect 10-star rating."
