"My experience at Amerige Pointe Apartments was disappointing, to say the least. While the place itself is average, the exorbitant prices are not justified by the facilities provided. However, the real letdown is the management, particularly Carol. Carol's blatant disregard for federal law and residents' rights is alarming. She consistently ignores resident complaints and opinions, making it clear that resident satisfaction is not a priority for her. Even attempting to speak with management is a hassle, as you're required to make an appointment, despite Carol often being visibly available at her desk with no one else around. This lack of accessibility is just one example of the flawed management system in place. To make matters worse, it took over six weeks to receive my security deposit check after moving out, highlighting the inefficiency and incompetence of the management team. Overall, my experience with Amerige Pointe Apartments was marred by the management's negligence and disregard for residents' rights. I strongly advise against choosing this place as your next home, as there are much better options available in the neighborhood."

"With the experience of renting apartments from several large brands, the Amerige Pointe, where I currently reside among the Greystar Apartment Group, is one of the best overall. As emphasized in feedback many times, the professionalism of the office staff and the quick problem solving and service of the maintenance team are so great. And the school district around the apartment is by far the top of Orange County. I am very satisfied with my life here, and of course I have plans to extend my rental lease term!"
