"Don’t even try applying here if you’re not completely sure you’re going to get accepted, they scam you out of your money in the application. I paid $70 on a Saturday for me and my husband’s application, Stephanie is the one who “helped” us and said she’d call us on Tuesday, she did not call at all on Tuesday and I called on Wednesday to check and right away she said “oh I was about to call you, I ran your credit already” (what a coincidence she was about to call me) then she said we didn’t get approved because my credit was a little bit lower than the requirement but she had said before that without approved credit I could give a higher deposit and when I asked her about it she said “unfortunately we aren’t able to work with you on that currently”. She wouldn’t give me a reason. I asked her again is there any other reason like rental history or something that I wasn’t accepted? And she just kept saying “you can come into the office for a copy of reports” she said it multiple times and ignored my question, so useless. Then I went to pick up copies and asked her again what the reason was and she said “we just put the information into the system and the system didn’t approve you, sorry”. Super useless, don’t get scammed. And talk to anyone else but Stephanie, from the first day she was rude over the phone and sounded annoyed when I was just asking her questions, so unprofessional."

"Great location, affordable prices, and ideal amenities. Applying was a super fast and easy process. Office staff were very patient, kind, and flexible with me when applying which is great because that’s what concerned me the most. I looked at the reviews of this place only after I was accepted to lease here but my great experience here does not reflect the bad reviews at all. I feel like if you pay your bills on time, are respectful and mindful, and follow the rules then you won’t have a problem at all living here."

"I have lived in this apartment complex for 9 years and when I first moved in the staff was neglect towards the property and residents they allowed roaches to be everywhere and did not follow through when I need work done in my apartment. Although I have seen major changes done towards fixing the property ( there are no longer roaches everywhere from what I have seen) and the staff is always kind and helpful. Also the maintenance always fixes the trouble that happens in my apartment quickly and they are friendly."

"I have lived here for about a year and have not had any issues with the property or with management. Every time i go into the office they are very attentive and great as soon as you walk in. Maintenance is very efficient and i think the longest they take to respond to a maintenance request is two days. the property is always very clean and well maintained and my apartment is super spacious!!! i never feel crowded even when i have company over! The parking isn't an issue because i have one car! i love it here and i have no roaches!!!!"
