"Something that makes me very angry from living here is that there's no security or surveillance at all, the place is an open door as anyone can walk in, i've had different encounters with aggresive homeless and even kids that come over the propierty area to smoke weed which made my mom sick due of inhaling it, also things that you usually leave outside on the porsch gets stolen through night (nothing is safe as anyone can walk in the apartment complex) it's a nice area but they defenitly do not care about the residents safety at all and that's an inconvenience that should be fixed, it's not fair at all as you do not feel protected and safe within the space that you SHOULD be feeling protected and safe as this is your home. even if you install cameras on the windows of your apartment or security meassures to your door."
"I would've given Axiom a higher rating as my experience living here was fine. The apartments were decent for the monthly rate we were paying. The convenience of being near freeways and grocery stores was great. Parking is terrible, especially on the weekends, if you aren't able to get a paid second spot. My issue with them started after we moved out. As of 12/6, we still have not received ANY portion of our security deposit even though we moved out 9/30. Communication was okay at first but quickly declined after we tried getting clarification on the security deposit. ALWAYS double check your breakdown and be aware of your renters rights. They are trying to charge us an extra month of utilities and a late fee even though we have email proof that we moved out properly and paid properly. Throughout numerous phone calls, we got mixed reactions and help. Over email, their last reply was 9/28 from Krystal, confirming our moveout. Our emails in October and November regarding all of this went unanswered. Ellie was understanding when I first spoke to her but she claimed that they had 21 business days to send us our deposit when we actually have 21 calendar days. I later learned she is apparently an assistant manager. Krystal and Rosie claimed multiple times that we would be getting a call back from the elusive "manager" but of course, nothing. The lack of communication from their office is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating."
"I moved in recently, but have already had such a positive experience with Axiom and the staff. Krystal and Janine in the Leasing office especially have been super helpful and welcoming, from touring, to signing, to move in day. Once we took a tour of the facilities and the overall Axiom environment with Krystal, we were sold! Her energy is so fun and strong, and it makes you want to jump right into the community. You also can't beat in-unit washer/dyer, a dog park, a newly renovated gym, and 3 pools..."
"My partner and I have lived here for 3 years without any major problems. The grounds are kept nice. Amenities are basic but fine and more importantly the office staff is really helpful and takes care of issues quickly as well as the maintenance crew. Erica in the office is incredible! She is super personable and has been there to help with any concerns and also just to have a nice conversation with. There are also community activities happening ever so often if that is your thing and every Tuesday there is a food truck by the leasing office. For those concerned about safety there is courtesy patrol in the community."
"I lived at Axion apartments for a couple of years. The apartments are old and they have a feel of 70’s build. They’re blah. You need or should to schedule a live visit and compare cost. The rent it’s on the high price similar to the Irvine company without the nicer amenities and newer buildings. The maintenance guys here are rude. Carlos came to the door and knocked the door like the police was outside and with a loud demanding voice said maintenance and that he had the right to coming anytime for service. I was in shock trying to put my pants on while saying just a minute, please. I thought he was just going come through the door. I wasn’t expecting a maintenance at all that day. Little reminders that we’re not important to them. Another rude guy is Danni or Daniel show up for maintenance call and he was looking raggedy! He’s polo looked dirty and sweaty. He came in putting his dirty tools stuff on my kitchen counter next to my clean dishes and wash his hands without even asking. I could’ve told him to wash up in the bathroom sink. I feel they’re abusive. Yes! They work there but that doesn’t give them the right act like they paid our rent. This why one of the reasons I moved out. The company has no control over them as I continue to watch Danniel drive from Axion Aparments driveway and crossing the Tustin East Drive without stopping and enter Pacific Point Aparments driveway and racing through the alley and back to the street for fun. He has cut me off suddenly while driving on Tustin East Drive and watch him drive all the way to the nearby shopping center. I’ve seen him driving fast by my children care center. I hope Axion has Insurance for this type of vehicle in case he get in a accident or collision. I’ve called Axion and reported this already."
