"I've been here for awhile and it is a great place to live. It's rare to find a place that pays utilities, and this is one of them. Apartments are furnished, at least ours is. Furniture is Goodwill quality. Tenants are only responsible for electricity and any Internet/cable. Locked into Att for internet but you can get Dish for tv. The neighbors are all friendly but keep to themselves, and the walls are decently soundproof. You hear murmurs but nothing that would be distracting. You are given 1 parking spot and there is fierce competition for street parking. I'm not aware of any theft or crime in the building. Owner is kind, but not around very often so nearly impossible to get in contact with, and the building manager is helpful and friendly, but doesn't come around very often. One of the more affordable buildings in the area and highly recommend."
