"I have loved living in these apartments over the last couple of years. The amenities are beautiful, and the front office staff is always kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I have with my unit. I do have to say Jessica, the property manager, has gone over and above for me and my husband. She has been so professional and kind to us. I highly recommend living here."
"This review is for Jennifer who works in the front office. I was having issues with submitting my payment online and called to ask if I can drop off a check after I get off work at 7pm. Jennifer said I needed to drop off the check before Office hours close and 7pm would be considered late. Late charge is $100 dollars. She became very rude and said I can make my payment online when I get off work and that wouldn't be considered late. I told her the online Portal seems to be having issues and not letting me make payment. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She then all of a sudden said oh nevermind, you are allowed a one time late fee forgiveness. No late fee will be needed. Why didn't she tell me this in the first place? I never made a late payment before. When I moved out a few months later I saw that she added the late fee to my move out charges. What a liar she was. I suggest anyone having issues do not ask Jennifer for assistance."
"Living at AmpliFi apartments has been a great experience. I really appreciate the management team Adriel, Jessica, and Rosie. They are always available and quick to respond to all my concerns. The maintenance team is very diligent in repairing and keeping up with the common areas for all to enjoy. Thank you all keep up the good work."
"My family and I love living here! The building is very well cared for and super clean. When we do need to call maintenance, it is taken care of promptly and with a smile. If we have any questions or concerns, the front office is always helpful and make us feel welcome. The amenities are superb and we use the pool area and game rooms almost daily! We feel like we are living at a five star resort all year round!"
"Rosie, the leasing consultant, assisted me in selecting the ideal apartment at AmpliFi. I've been residing here for a few months now and am genuinely pleased with the community. The front office and maintenance staff exhibits excellent communication and care for the property. It's been a fantastic choice!"
