"Everything was very smooth process I have give the credit to Tyra Anderson she is so friendly and welcoming, i felt confident with this property because of the great staff. The unit was very cozy and spacious with 600 square feet which was surprising. Community looks well attended and clean. Overall I'm pleased especially with rent spikes in the current areas it is insane the current market."

"good luck trying to get through to the office when there is an issue! was calling to try to compromise on and understand something that was brought to my attention by management and was passed from the first girl who answered the phone onto a higher-up in the office. first girl was not an issue – whoever picked up the phone was. my concerns and comments were met with a horrible attitude, getting cut off repeatedly, and the most aggressive and unnecessary tone. i PRAY that this is not the way business is conducted with dozens and dozens of individuals living and looking to live here on a daily basis."

"One of the worst apartments you can choose. The absurdly expensive rent for poor quality is only undercut by the horrible customer service. We have been waiting for months for the refund of our rental deposit, and still we have received nothing. Inquiries by email are not responded to or only by asking several times. In addition, they try to deduct renovation work from the deposit. All in all, definitely not recommended."

"I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with UCE Fullerton Apartments, particularly their mishandling of our security deposit. As exchange students arriving from abroad, our initial experience with UCE Fullerton Apartments was marred by a disheartening incident. After a grueling 12-hour flight and with six heavy suitcases in tow, we arrived to find the office staff absent, leaving us without access to our apartment. Despite having informed them of our delayed arrival via email at 4 pm, there was no response or instructions on how to obtain the keys. This forced us to spend an unplanned $200 on a hotel for the night, which they later refused to reimburse. The lease terms were also quite rigid, forcing us into a 6-month contract when we only needed 5 months. Miscommunication from the management further complicated our situation. Privacy was another ongoing concern with maintenance as personnel entering our apartment every two weeks for whatever reason, creating an uncomfortable living environment. Moreover, the apartments themselves were overpriced for their quality. We encountered numerous maintenance issues, such as a malfunctioning sink, a non-functioning heater, and outdated windows that allowed noise from the nearby highway to disrupt our peace and quiet. These issues greatly diminished our overall satisfaction with the accommodations. Most significantly, UCE Fullerton Apartments has withheld our security deposit for more than three months by now without any valid reason or meaningful action. They insisted on sending a physical check for the deposit refund (never arrived!), which is an outdated and impractical method for international transfers, also for redeeming the check we will pay again about $100 in the country we live. The staff and management is unfamiliar with modern international banking methods. When we suggested to receive an IBAN electronic transfer, they didn't know what an IBAN is, so they just decided to ignore our emails and do nothing, until today we guess. Their lack of responsiveness and accountability in returning our deposit is extremely frustrating and unfair. In summary, our experience with UCE Fullerton Apartments, which began with a problematic arrival after a long flight, was overshadowed by deposit-related issues, miscommunication, and subpar living conditions. We strongly caution others considering this rental option to be wary of their handling of security deposits, as it has been a source of ongoing frustration for us."

"I am living here for almost 1 year now and I love this place. It is a good place for students as it is only 5 mins walking from California State University. The neighborhood is friendly and safe with cops patrolling every night. It is a perfect option for international students who dont have a car and want cheap accommodation very close to campus. The support staff is always there to fix if anything is broken and Kim in leasing office will take care of any other problems that you have. The amenities are well maintained, you ahve a beautiful pool, media room, gym and free coffee."
