"Safety has become more of an issue in the area. Cars were getting broken into, homeless people in our dumpster areas, creepy men hanging around being inappropriate and loud party fights that spill into the common areas. Residents started buying and installing their own security cameras in their apartment windows, front doors and in their vehicles. Thats sad....we live in a gated complex. Somewhat recently the complex invested in a 24 hour security guard. Since then, we have had multiple attempted break-ins to vehicles HOWEVER the difference is now residents look out for one another when they see something happening and then security comes in and makes sure the sheriff has all of the proof they need to catch and make arrests. AND THEY DO GET ARRESTED. I have also seen him break up a large party fight that woke up a large portion of the complex. He did it calmy and made sure people who did not belong left the property. He just wants to make this a safer place and I appreciate that. Maintenance is great. Management friendly. Rent was the cheepest I could find at the time and we enjoy the pool."

"I love living here. It is beautiful and peaceful. Any issues I’ve ever had have been dealt with right away. The 24 hour security is very reassuring and our security guard Joe is the best. He is always friendly and willing to help. He takes care of the property as if it was his own. On 4th of July, he was hustling to make sure there were no fireworks on property and even prevented a fire from occurring. It was actually pleasantly quiet within our complex this year, unlike it was previously before he came to work here. I feel safe living here and really appreciate his diligence in keeping our property secure."

"The staff here are very kind and understand. The other day I accidentally left my car door open and they have 24 hr security here . So when I went back out to my car . Goe was waiting for me to return to let me know that . When we make mistakes like that ,they have our back to make sure our stuff doesn't get stolen . Thank you goe and please be safe out there . These days its not easy being a security watch over other people things ."

"DO NOT RENT HERE! I do not recommend anyone to live in these apartments. I just had a terrible experience dealing with my cousin’s car getting towed. She came for health emergency-related purposes and parked momentarily. A few minutes later, her car got towed. It is unfair given that I pay a lot of money to rent here and have access to the premises. I understand that I need to register the car for visitors, but she only came in momentarily to support me in bringing medications since I was extremely ill. Staff was not supportive and understanding of the fact that I am unable to register my cousins car given my ill state. They didn’t care to support in disputing the towing despite knowing the circumstances. Since patrol 1 takes care of the parking we called but Nicole & Agustin gave us a fax number and refused to transfer calls. Please be careful when signing a lease here bc they are not supportive with the towing of cars. It’s unfortunate to deal with management that is not supportive. I am currently looking for other apartments to rent given my awful experience. Thus, if anyone recommends other apartments nearby, please send the suggestions. Thank you in advance!"
