"I drove 4 hrs from north county because I’m currently looking for a spot since I’ll be attending a new school. I met with Zion yesterday for the tour and he was very friendly. Today, I spoke with Stacy to have more questions answered prior to applying and she was super helpful. After applying today, I received a call from Oscar to let me know that they will have an answer for me by Friday because tomorrow they have a company meeting/party which I thought was very kind of him to update me. Communication has been helpful and prompt. I appreciate their help which makes me feel 100% more confident in my decision of renting from them. Thank you."

"So far my experience has been amazing. The community is beautiful and pet friendly! The grounds incredibly well maintained and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. There are several pools and gyms on the property for ease of access. People clean up after their pets and there are doggie bag stations available throughout the grounds, I also haven’t had any issues with barking dogs. The staff are very personable and have been incredibly helpful from the get go, even when just initially touring the property. I am going to university down in SoCal and was visiting for the weeks, looking at apartments back to back for days on end. We viewed Crystal Springs on our last day here and it was a complete standout from the moment we stepped into the leasing office. During our tour the manager, Angela went above and beyond; her customer service skills and genuine warmth made this community shine above all others we'd seen. I am so happy to finally be living here and a part of Crystal Springs! P.S. I think my pup is a fan as well"

"Crystal Springs is the best place to call home considering the horrible experience i had in my previous apartment complex. The apartmenta here are airy, well lit, and clean. The location is most convenient being steps away from the Mile Square and a few feet from shopping and entertainment. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bryan, at the office, is so friendly and helpful. He really made our move in go like a breeze and Luis from maintenance is so courteous and proficient. Those guys make me rest assured that i am in good hands and if anything comes up, they are always there to help. I'm looking forward to a long and enjoyable stay in Crystal Springs."

"My husband and I are very happy in this place, it is very beautiful and relaxing. I am in love with the plants that are in the gardens. All the people who work here are very polite, especially Maria, who is always smiling and wishing us to have a nice day; I love the smell of the laundry when it has just been cleaned.☺️"
