"I’ve lived in Grande for 10 years now & I love it here. It’s quiet, the neighbors are friendly & it’s in an amazing school district. Maria is really great as well. Maintenance comes in a timely manner, the grounds are well kept and the apartments are spacious. I’ve never had any bug issue here other than the annoying gnats and spiders sometimes in the warmer months that get inside.. other than that no issues. I’m hoping to stay another few years here!"

"I've lived here for 10 months now and absolutely love it! The apartments are well maintained and recently renovated wit wood look LVP flooring and beautiful crownmolding. The complex is small and quiet. The residents ate friendly and there are fun activities held several times a month. It's centrally located next to the 405 and lots of shopping and eatery options. Management is very nice and are on top of any maintenance and repair needs. New washers and dryers in the laundry rooms. The only drawback is the noise and dust from the 405 and Warner Bridge projects."

"I have been living at Grande Apartments for 2 years. I like the fact that management is using the new technology now (Facebook) so we learn what's going in the community. The CARES team (Jenny & Kenji) is doing a very good job here. They are very helpful and friendly with the residents. The community is quite and clean. I recommend people living here!"
