"Randy was super helpful in solving the issue we had in our apartment, we spotted 2 mice in the kitchen cabinet and didn’t know how or where they were coming from but Randy spotted the hole in the wall and closed it off along with treating the area. In addition to that, he realized our entrance door was not closing smoothly and also was also able to fix it in no time. Highly recommended."

"Management is awful. Couldn’t be more disappointed. Neighbors are kind and helpful. Community is nice. No attempt to help new tenants. Moved into cockroach infested apartment with slumlord special paint job. Place was not cleaned. Black slime mold on sink aerator, brown water coming out of tub faucet, maintenance ignoring requests and comments on work order. Had to request pre-inspection paperwork as it was not provided. If this apartment complex charges you anything when you leave would dispute as they definitely didn’t bother fixing it."

"I moved in about a month ago and so far I've had a pretty pleasant experience. Patty and Jan were both really helpful and made my move-in super easy. Every time I walk around the complex (which I do very often as I have a dog), I have found it be clean of trash and fairly quiet. I have yet to use the gym/pool but from what I've seen those are maintained well. I've had to submit a few maintenance tickets for my apartment but the maintenance team has been quick and efficient in resolving my issues. Overall, I am happy I made the decision to move into these apartments!"
