"Do not apply here, process to rent took more than 2 months, management was waiting on a background check, they did not provide any information on when we could expect the background check to arrive, they said they use a 3rd party for background checks and it was out of their control, at first they said it would take no more than 40 days to move in, we waited 2 months and nothing came in, we decided to cancel. They also mentioned they have other people waiting to move in for 3 months. on top of that they tell you a price on their page and change it and charge more once you start the process to apply. Horrible experience and management all around."

"My review so far. I moved a little more than two weeks ago. The application process was very fast, thankful Alyssa and Sandra who helped me, they are very friendly. The place is very nice and quiet, we have many shops nearby, schools and gas stations, etc."

"The property has gotten significantly safer with the help of management listening to the tenants and implementing new procedures in order to stop a lot of what was taking place at the property in the past. Overall, with the changes I have seen the last few months, I am confident management has stepped up and is addressing all the issues from the past. Not to mention, the grounds are well kept and maintenance is quick to respond to any requests. I plan on renewing my lease as the property offers competitive rates for the area!"

"I have lived here for 7 months now and in that time frame my car has been vandalized. In a gated community with cameras . They stole the back of my tail gate and within 3 weeks apart my front grill. Then 1 week later our neighbors car all tires were stripped off. What is the point of paying for parking spots in a gated community with cameras if in the end management does not follow up or the least collaborate with you. Now this community area very common to have your car vandalized. If you can afford to suddenly spend 1,200 to fix your car by all means. Consider elsewhere. Trust me. I wish I would have considered the reviews more before moving ."

"Great experience so far. I am a new resident and I can tell by the rating of this place that they have gotten new management and it is a LOT better! Is the price high... yes! Do you get what you pay for??? Yes! Clean, quiet. Attention to detail. They redid the pool. They are cleaning the roofs. There was a recent storm that put a ton of debris on the property and it was promptly cleaned the following business day. Dumpster areas are clean and rat-free. They are doing great! A special mention to Adrianna, Alyssa, and Rubina. You've made this a great experience for us. Thank you!!!"
