"I had a great stay. Rooms were a bit little, but it was just the two of us, so I was not worried at all. Walk in showers are beautiful and spacious. Complimentary breakfast in the a.m. as well. Service was amazing. And the lovely ladies serving breakfast are incredible. Location is off the freeway, super convenient."
"If you don't want your trip to be bad, don't choose it. I booked their room for 4 nights and paid for it. According to the policy, I can get a refund if I cancel it. However, the management of their hotel has nothing to do with the system, not only do they not provide services, but the system of other hotels is ordered by their hotel manager. I wasted $500 to get me to experience the worst hotel in the world, the worst service, the worst room."
"Last minute trip to SoCal. No issues at all with reservations, stay or check out. Location was close to our event, coffee 24/7 & continental breakfast was convenient to have & appreciated. All staff we encountered were friendly."
"Okay for a Hampton Inn. Nothing bad. Staff were all great. The bathroom was remodeled and very nice. Bedroom furniture was dinged up, and the bed was okay. Lobby coffee was very good, breakfast was okay."
