"*Rarely* do I give out a full 5-star. I'm not ultra picky, I just know the difference between 'acceptable' and 'quality'. The room? Immaculate. Not so much as a lone dust bunny or sneaky tissue hiding anywhere. Stocked amenities, lovely folded towels, everything clean as a whistle. The service? Immediate, friendly, helpful. Went out of their way to help me out in the middle of the night, even. The location? Right along some decently busy streets, but far enough back that I couldn't hear any of it. That's what counts in my books. They've got all the frills, they keep it downright neat, and they're quick to help out. Ya just can't get anything better than that without tripling the price. Will be staying with 'em again."

"I am giving service a 2. We had called for a noise complaint for a room playing extremely loud music our room was literally vibrating from the for hours. Nothing was done. My family including my children were up all night. I called multiple times. Horrible nights sleep. There were also hairs (that didn’t belong to us) on our towels."

"I am super upset with the stay! Especially the managememt ! I don't like anything about this property, there's Ant in the room, and the staff and manager Maggie Tai didn't care at all, I got my face got really bad rushed itching every morning after woke up, and when I leave the room at day time, I am completely ok. There's not even an apology from the management. The light plug was lose, the the light been going on and off. There's this really bad noise I can hear don't know from where the whole night, which I can't sleep well at all. The bed is not comfortable at all. This is an extremely bad experience here! Manager Maggie offer 25% off for one of the night, and she doesn't think all those issue is a big deal! Dirty, management (GM: Maggie Tai) suck! Facilities old, and bed suck!"

"We stayed for about 2 weeks. Everything was great. Good location. Only downside is there is no washer and dryer to use and the rooms do not have microwaves. They brought one to our room though when they seen us constantly microwaving things in the lobby. Overall, very good stay and nice management, staff, and owner. They are constantly cleaning!"

"The BEST hotel we stayed at on our trip! We stayed at about 8 different brands of hotels, a different hotel every night. John was Great! The room was great. We took a taxi ( thank you, Charlie)to TGIF and an Uber back. This is the hotel we will return to on our next visit to West Covina, CA. The owner of this hotel knows how to run a hotel!! They take pride in their business!! The customer service is great and the employees were friendly !! In this day and age, Pride is one thing that has disappeared along with customer service and tradition. This is now our hotel when visiting the area!!!"
