"This place has black mold will be calling the city Monday morning my clothes are damaged!!! The restroom has full visibility of black mold!!!! They’ve made us paint over it by ourselves! And it grew back worse! I will be getting a mold test done and a mold lawyer!!!! And will be letting the city know of all the other apartments with the same issue!! “State housing law”"

"Not a good place to live the manager macrina doesn't know how to do her job she's racist towards her own people bed bugs and cockroaches all over the Facility. Don't waist your time living here its a joke."

"Dirty ... the smell of urine as you go up the stairs. Every where you look there is trash. Kids playing/screaming in the middle of the hallways and lobby. I was interested in renting, good thing I came back in the evening, when people are home, to check on the place . Big disappointment."

"This place has huge 2bed 2 bath apartments but the area is bad, the property itself is dirty and disgusting. It has become a place for teenagers to hang around and freely smoke marijuana as there is NO porter/security after office hours. Do not reccomend to live here."
