"I have been here for 2 years and entering my 3rd year. In a nut shell, I do enjoy my apartment. In 2023, I did have bees entering my apartment. I was considering a move, but management did some upgrades to my stove vent and I hope no more issues with bees in 2024. So far so good. However, Spring is on the horizon. Due to the way the air conditioner unit is installed, it can be somewhat difficult to cool the bedroom area during the day. This means that either you have to run the unit in excess or buy a portable unit for your bedroom. For me the quality and size of my apartment outweighs this issue. I have never had any issues with mice, roaches or bed bugs. The grounds are kept really well. And for the most part, management readily responds to any issues I have. I hope for a continued postive experience!"

"Finding an apartment can be time consuming as well as draining. The moment I came upon this property I liked it . Amebel the property manager was amazing during the application process, as well as very responsive. A huge part of my decision to move in was due to how helpful she was."

"Original Review (May 2022) The whole process of becoming a resident was straight-forward and communicative. Amabel is professional, personable, and extremely friendly. As a tenant, I can always rely on her management to get any issues addressed in a timely manner. This apartment complex is simple, clean, and well kept. I feel like there is care and thought put into the maintenance of the complex because the people who work here are diligent and respectful. This complex is the right fit for my lifestyle. Overall, with great staff and management, readily available amenities, and a pleasing environment, the Roberta Apartment Homes is a great place for me to live. **UPDATED** Review 2/10/23 Since my first car break-in, I have not had another incident and there has been some security measures that have taken place. I have noticed a patrol car checking the parking premises and the installation of bright lights. At night, the parking lot is very well lit and quiet. There are still instances of people jumping over the wall from the 91 freeway. Unidentified and unauthorized individuals still keep me on edge. Hopefully, there will be implementations of effective solutions to this issue in the coming months. Overall, I have seen proof that the apartment is well maintained and the newest construction has been a great experience for me as a tenant. I do very much appreciate smooth streets, bright sidewalk lamps, and how tidy the overall complex is. Amabel is still professional as always and is on top of her duties here. "Had a very poor experience living on this property. During the almost 3 years I lived there they went through 3 different managers each one worst than the last. They do not have onsite maintenance so getting a repair to your apartment might take weeks. On top of that the manager is not interested in helping her residents at all. She treats residents poorly and does not provide good customer service. The complex is backed up next to the 91 and a ditch that has lots of homeless people living in it. Both my wifes car and my car were broken into several times while living there. This property is a great example of "You get what you pay for." Its a cheap apartment that is low quality in every way."

"Roberta Apartments have gone above and beyond since my application was submitted. Amabel truly shows that she cares about the tenants and available when needed. The whole process was easy and made me feel so welcomed at my new home. The unit was remodeled and ready to move in with no issues at all. Overall great experience, and they accept pets!"
