"I've Lived at Breve Park for the Last 6 Month's! The Garden's are well Maintained and I'd Like to give a Massive Thanks to JOSE LUIS! What a Amazing Gentleman, He is apart of the Maintenance Team. Jose Luis is always Smiling and Works hard at breve Park! Breaking up Furniture that Tenant's have left behind, Cleaning the Cob webs from lamp post's , Washes down the Tennis Court's and Dog Park. Jose is A pleasure to Talk with and always greets Residents with Respect. I have not once in the last 6 months seen this Elderly Gentleman Stop Working Hard. I'd Employ him myself if in Business. There has been a few Issus's With mail being stolen and a little bit of homelessness Trying there best to spoil the Beautiful Facility's here. A Complaint has Already been Made Via Email to Head Office as We find the Girl's in the Office Rude & some what Disrespectful. Laziness I have in Mind as It's to much bother to Accept USA Mail at the Office! Which should be sorted as far as I am concerned, As the mail boxes are under there Responsibility and not the post Offices. The new manager Seams quite nice to talk to and I wish for him to Sort out the Attitudes of the girls in the Office and to get there bottoms moving instead of sitting on them and dining in the computer room Eating Lunch"

"Absolutely love this place! Everyone I’ve spoken to on the management team has been so accommodating and kind. So are the maintenance people! There is a train nearby, but you get used to it really fast. The landscaping is beautiful, it makes for a peaceful and welcoming vibe. Also, it is seriously handy having a grocery store, entertainment, and more just minutes away. I feel so happy here, by far the best complex I’ve lived in. Thanks Breve Park! :)"

"Important note: every few days you’ll have a foul smell coming from the kitchen sink (from upstairs clogging it) or a foul smell from Air conditioning. We requested many times for it to be fixed and we were told it was “just this” or “just that” or “they’ll get to it”. The smell never stops. Why pay such a high fee to live here when I need to leave the apartment entirely until the smell goes away every couple of days. It’s especially embarrassing when u have guests over and everyone needs to go outside to breathe. They also Charged us after moving out for multiple items that we requested for them to fix before moving out. They charged about $600 in fees even though the apartment was left clean, if your apartment isn’t as spotless as they left it they will charge u for what they can. you will be charged for “Normal wear and tear” items."

"A picture says much. Relaxing. Feels like you’re up in the Mountains with Pine Trees all around, walkways are curved. Spacious, room to move. Everyone is fairly respectful of each other. We look out for one another. The most important thing… the STAFF is on top of things, they know you by name and our Dogs name. Maintenance is done in a timely manner.. The grounds are lovely and kept up. A friendly, helpful and fairly united community. Been here for over 10yrs and call it “HOME”.❣️"
