Sunset Square Apartments

"I usually don't do reviews, but I think certain people deserve it. I been living in these apartments for about 6 years. Cheyenne has always been very helpful and ways willing to help whenever she was able to. Maribel who use to work here was amazing as well. The one person people may not like or talk to much is Raul. Raul is amazing and very hardworking. Imagine being in this heat and having to do a lot of physical labor outdoors it must suck. Everytime I saw Raul and he made a joke and was just ways someone i looked forward to talk to. Thank you everyone for everything you guys have done for me and my family. I will say these apartments have there Cons, but what apartments don't. Convenient access to the 10 freeway and 210 and the mall is down the street."

"It mothers day weekend , i was walking to my car to head to target and Stephanie and Shayanne see me walking with my child and offer me sweet goodies along with a flower for mothers day. Their energy is absolutely amazing. They definitely made my day ."

"I lived here for over 4 years. And I’ve never missed a place more. Cheyenne and Maribel helped me get into a top level apartment, in less than a couple of days. They were kind and informative, they were able to help make recommendations in the area for places to eat, and gave an overview of the entire neighborhood. They were knowledgeable about the area and professional. They had a brand new apartment painted and cleaned when I moved in. They had even replaced the carpet. This complex has two accessible pools, multiple laundry units and a convenient gym, parking and storage. When I became a foster parent! Cheyenne and Maribel were incredibly supportive and encouraging, which really helped me continue to succeed. When the pandemic hit, and many of us became unemployed, they offered helpful payment options and information about aid in the area. Subset Square has been more than a home, but a place I could grow. And at a reasonable price. The leasing office provides community events, back to school supplies, holiday parties and gift opportunities for kids in the neighborhood. It’s a great place to live, especially for young families. Schools are close by, as well as parks and plenty of places to eat. Conveniently located and run by people who really care. "I would like to say that Sunset Square apartment is a very nice apartment community to live in. I stayed there for 19 years. The only reason for my move was to be closer to family due to medical problems I'm having. Because the apartments are very large inside I love having all the space and the grounds where always kept up. I would like to say out of the 19 years I have been there and been through different management that Maribel Sanchez was the top I give her a 100% she always on top of things handles people situations always get the job done she should be the main manager for this Property because everyone in this complex really likes her. Maribel Sanchez make us all feel cared about and that's a place someone would want to live at Maribel Sanchez has compassion for people. I will truly miss her. Pamela Barnes"
