"They did someone I love dearly so wrong!!! She was told to give her apt of 10 years her 30 day notice and her application was never processed ! She is 8 months pregnant moving out of her home on 9/30 with no home to go to! No apology can fix this!"

"Marissa, the manager, is extremely friendly, patient, detailed, and a very good listener. I was supposed to rent a unit but plans changed. She was patient enough to work with me and even helped suggest what area to look for based on my living needs. Besides that Rolling Woods is a quiet, clean, and a budget friendly complex! Their 1 bedrooms are def spacious and gets a lot of sunlight if your balcony is facing east. I'd def move here if I was living by myself. Also this area qualifies for a discount on your electric bill cause a portion of the electricty is powered by a renewable energy plant. Good manager, spacious living space, budget friendly, and clean gets a 5 star from me! Thank you"

"Marisa's, the new property manager, has been a massive help from the time she started several months ago. She's always there to answer the phone or calls back quickly, and if there's an issue or emergency she always gets it done as fast as possible. If there's anything that she cant do usually she finds out how and lets us know how as soon as she does. Shes made several quality of life improvements around the complex, as well as keeping up with general maintinence. There are some issues with the contractors that the company uses that occasionally cause a delay, but otherwise its been phenomenal!"

"I was a resident at Rollingwood Apartments for two and a half years and was pleased with the experience overall. The management is friendly and willing to help with anything you might need, as long as you reach out to them. While the pool and hot tub could probably have been cleaned a bit more often, the amenities here at Rollingwood are superior to most you will find at the price point. The apartment complex is not gated but there is a overnight security guard who patrols the grounds. I never experienced any security issues or felt unsafe during my time here. The only issue we ever really had during our time here was parking. Each apartment typically comes with one reserved spot, but we had two vehicles. Rollingwood is quite strict when it comes to where guests and tenants can park, as well as during what time of the day/week. Pay attention to the rules and do not make the mistake of trying to skate around them as your car WILL be towed. That being said, be courteous to management and your fellow tenants, obey the posted signs and you should be fine. My apartment was spacious for a one-bedroom and I am consistently surprised by how large the balcony was, considering most places I have lived both before and after either did not have a balcony, or offered one that was a fraction of the size. While the rent did increase significantly each year, eventually resulting in our moving out, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to live there again if an opportunity arises. Highly recommend giving Rollingwood Apartments a shot."

"I have lived here for 2 years and really like this place. The management has been great. Art, Danielle, Destiny, Jose, Pedro and all team are very friendly and positive. Their approach make this place livable. I have never had any safety issues. It is a quiet neighborhood and the apartments are pretty spacious. In this time period I have never had any pest in my place which is extremely important to me since I am very picky. I highly appreciate Art and his organization for making me feel myself special and safe during my residency at Rollingwood apartments in West Covina."
