"I have been here for a little over a year and have no complaints! Management (Marin) is nice. There's an option to pay rent online and that's super convenient. The apartments are small but super clean and remodeled. I have not seen 1 roach or bug in my apartment since I moved in. Maintenance is wonderful and they quickly respond. The parking availability is great for both residents and visitors. The complex is quiet and the premises is clean and well kept. I'm glad I found this place! I pay $1600 a month for a 1 bedroom and that's average rate in LA right now. No complaints here!"

"Only move here unless you want to be stressed out and treated rudely. Marin is by far the most incompetent manager that I have ever met. I stayed there 5 years, she lost my rent twice (blamed me both times), found it once (but told me I wrote my address wrong), and towed my car because she was upset I told management she is never in her office (unless rent is due the first week). Let me also add there is some relationship with the tow company cause they gave me a hard time picking up my own vehicle and providing me with proof although that removed it due to her personal request. She is beyond rude and I’m not sure how she still works there given all reviews say the same thing about her behavior. Management doesn’t back up its residents at all. I had the hardest time convincing them I actually paid my rent, even with cameras in the property. They didn’t believe me until she found it, then offered a ceiling fan in the unit (no apology). Upon me ending my tenancy, she tried to do everything possible to illegally evict me (didn’t not follow COVID tenant protection laws and charging illegal fees) so my rental unit can be raised. Even filing false court reports and charging me for fees that never occurred. She even attempted to withhold my security deposit after telling me that I would only be charged for cleaning. So at your own discretion be aware. I believe she acts the way she does cause none of the numbers or emails on the company website work. So it’s hard to go above her head."

"I used to live here a couple years ago, the apartment buildings are nice but, inside the apartments, they are so small... I used to pay less than $1000. Now, for 1 bd and 1bth is too much!"

"Quiet place to live. I wanted to move here because of the pool. Unfortunately, it's open seasonally. If it's hot any day other than in Summer - take a cold shower."
