"This apartment complex is a joke. There are cockroaches the size of a babys fist. The management is a joke and they REFUSE to give us our security deposit and its been MONTHS since we lived here. If you're thinking of moving in, i hope you know a good lawyer because this company and their "management" are a joke. We will be seeking a lawyer in LA County."

"Previous to management transition at this complex, things were okay. The property continues to prioritize remodeling older units and tends to keep repairs on newer units as a low priority. Upon moving in, we had mentioned that the kitchen required pantry doors. We were assured that the repairs would take place within moving into the unit. My wife and I lived at this location for about 3 years, and we constantly requested our pantry doors. We recently moved out and no pantry doors. New management was not respectful of communal spaces and the on-site manager would leave their trash outside their apartment for over 3 days. The trash would stink up the hallways and it wasn’t until the trash began to leak that the trash was taken to the trash bin. I would not recommend this location, definitely has gone downhill from when we first moved in."

"If I could give it anything lower, I would. The manager and his son are nice but unfortunately, that doesn't suffice. We only lived there a year. As much as we loved Downey, we couldn't wait to leave those apartments. Nothing ever got fixed. They added unnecessary outlets and left us with the holes open for over a month. Because of thst we started getting roaches. The people that fixed the apartments before we moved in did a terrible job. They basically just painted over the dust and cleaned nothing even though they charge a cleaning fee of 120 when you move out. The bathtub also started peeling in October. We moved out February and it never got fixed. Furthermore, the company is money greedy. The owner nor his son completed paperwork on time. They didn't give us enough time to fix the minimal holes we made to hang frames so we were charged $120 for cleaning and $165 for painting. That doesn't include the other amenities so out of a $500 security deposit, we only got $144. Would not recommend at all. For those looking into apartments, I would say check the company's reviews before making a choice."

"Full with cockroaches, bedbugs etc . Manager is not even professional. Doesn't take care of the complex at all. Maintenance is not on time."
