"DONT STAY HERE THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! WE BROUGHT BED BUGS FROM HERE ALL THE WAY HOME IN OKLAHOMA. WE ALSO TRY CALLING AND THE LADY WILL JUST ACT LIKE SHE Couldn’t HEAR US AND HANG UP, ALSO WE WHERE WITH OUT NO POWER IN THE PLUGS AND THEY SAY SOMEONE WILL COME SOON WELL GUESS WHAT IT TOOK ALMOST 9+HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND RESET THE BRAKER ,OUR FOOD WENT BAD !!!"

"The Indian woman who serves is the worst, besides making fun of me because I didn't want to pay her for a key that they have to give you, she kept me waiting for more than an hour to return my deposit. "

"No towels on the room. The front desk lady that checked me was the actual owner n was rude n did not understand English. Called her to front desk to tell her the bathroom was broken n was not flushing n she couldn't understand n hung up on me twice. I had to argue with her to change the room she didn't want to. I said I paid for a room with a working bathroom. She finally agreed after arguing with me. Horrible customer service."

"Don't bother booking through any website or anywhere that isn't the front desk. When they answered they will just harass you for a room number despite not being check-in yet. When you inform them of this, they will just hang up on you. Wish I could rate one star."

"(I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL) WHY ? I’m currently staying in room 111 it’s a suit room and I haven’t even been staying here for more than 5 hours an I already seen 3 roaches the walls are dirty like if someone threw food or soda an didn’t get clean the ac filters are dirty I hear sounds in the room the floors are filthy I called to get a different room they told me they only have 2 bed available I told them it’s fine I’ll take it then I heard him telling a woman in the background in a different language but sounded mad n he told me I had to pay 20 dollars more like what the heck I told him why I didn’t knew your suites are infested of roaches he said with his excuse other people come in and they bring them in ok but your supposed to be in charge of it so it won’t spread he got mad and I told him I’m not paying 20 dollars more I have babies an I don’t want roaches to go in their ears he was so rude he said u can check out or pay and theirs no refunds I just hung up on him because they are useless and rude I do not recommend this hotel to No one at all"
