The office staff and maintenance are very quick to respond to issues and are always professional and respectful of our home."
"I’ve lived at Park Place for the last few years. It’s in a great location that’s 10 min to many popular OC towns/destinations, yet it also has enough to do within walking distance. Every time I’ve checked out other communities, I appreciate Park Place even more. It’s a perfect balance between a relaxed atmosphere that can also be very social and fun, especially during summer days at the pool. I’ve met a lot of cool people living here. The staff also treats you well. Kaleb, Cindy, and Sebastian, the community managers, are very hands-on and accommodating in making sure you’re happy living here. The maintenance team, especially Steve, Tony, and Torrey are always super personable, do great work, and go the extra mile in making sure something is completely fixed. Rene, Mia, and Cristal at the leasing office are always helpful as well. I recommend Park Place to anyone I know whose lease is ending and is searching for a new apartment. The only thing that would make it better is not having to pay rent every month :)"
"We have been living here for 8 months so far and absolutely love it! They keep the grounds very clean and it is pretty quiet for having so many units. I use the gym in the mornings and there is always someone there cleaning the machines and vacuuming. I think the best part is the incredible maintenance team! Tony and his team are such nice people, respond very quickly to maintenance requests (and will even call if they are running behind to let you know) and always check to see if there is anything else they can help with while they are at our apartment. They go above and beyond to make sure any issue, big or small, is fixed. Thank you Tony for all you do! We appreciate you!!"
