"Terrible place. Expensive for the little quality they offer. The lock in the laundry room was always jammed and one of the washers was out of order oftenly. But that's not the worst. They treat tenants like trash, as if people was stupid and needed to be harrassed all the time with fines and whatnot. I have a companion cat and they made it a nightmare for me to keep it. On top of that, forget about getting your full deposit back: even if you leave the apartment in pristine conditions, they'll find some stupid detail to charge you for. The owner is a greedy, miserable person who thinks she's better than tenants and is always sending stupid warnings and notes threatening with fines. Her crew follows her to the T, also treating you like a criminal for installing a smart doorbell or, again, having a cat. Oh, one more thing: forget about inviting people to your place. The area's parking is always packed thanks to the school in front of the building. And forget also about having a good sleep, as all the 'Fast and Furious' jerks speeding in the area won't allow you to..."

"This complex is exploitative, serving residents with "charges" for strange, unnecessary things, and even false claims. Absolutely awful management. Nutwood Tree was great in the past with previous ownership, but it has gone downhill quickly. It is tasteless to take advantage of anyone, but truly despicable to do so to elderly long-term residents."
