"I moved away from Crystal view and here is my review after living their a year and a half Pros Maintenance’s is quick Office staff is nice and friendly Amenities are super nice Dog friendly Location is great My neighbors were friendly Building 9 was quiet for the most part Cons Tweakers who live there and sell drugs Parking and gates to get in are always broken . Homeless wandering around Not the safest neighborhood tagging everywhere Elevators always broken and rarely worked Smells like dog pee and no one picks up their dog poop Dog park is gross. Would never take my dog in there Dogs barking all day and night off their balcony Water getting shut off too many times and losing hot water All in all maybe if they lowered their prices I’d move back just to be able to have my dogs but I just wanted to leave an honest review. For the most part my time here wasn’t too bad but I do not think it’s worth the price honestly."

"This is one of the most poorly kept communities I've toured. The main issues with the property are: very poor management, broken elevators (inoperable for over 12 months, according to tenants I spoke with), a STRONG urine smell in the stairway, non-existent security, and a garbage can with a swarm of flies that hit you in the face as soon as you open the gate. There seem to be a lot of homeless cats living outside where the playground and "dog park" are located. The dog park itself is such a small space that it actually makes more sense as a cat park. But, there is so much fecal matter outside in this area that I'd be concerned about safety for dogs and children both. The website makes the apartments look so nice, but in person it is such a dramatic difference. On top of this, the manager (Andrea Gonzales) is not very professional. I witnessed an interaction with a tenant where Andrea provided incorrect information in a condescending way and, when asked for documentation or proof she said she'd be "happy to look it up" but she "didn't have time right now." This was clearly not the case, as the office was empty, it was mid-day, and she'd just been moving personal items around in her office. I've toured a lot of places in Orange County and I would definitely say that if you're going to pay this much in rent, skip this place. Lots of nice places in Orange and Irvine for the same price-point that are well-kept and professionally managed."
