"This place sucks, stuff gets stolen all the time from the cars. One side is gated but the other side is not. There are signs that say there are cameras watching, but after requesting to see them, they told us that was essentially a lie. The manager is never present and will never be there to help out when you need it. Additionally, the rent is so expensive that getting your things robbed and having no support from management is even more infuriating. Don’t bother with this place."

"It's going to 2 years here and omg management is horrible, she never answer the phone, their not here when its urgent. I dont know why the company has someone that is never in the office. It has bug problems, our bathroom is always getting clogged and water always comes up. I hope they start doing something right, and hire a good manager soon."

"Management is dishonest. If you plan on taking the risk of trusting them be sure to get everything said in writing or recorded so you have proof if they try to scam you. The listings are falsely advertised and more expensive when you see them in person."

"They false advertise. Their website advertised that they had a couple of 2 bed, 1 bath apartments available now and upcoming in the next month for $1700/month. When I called them, they only had a 2 bed, 1 bath for $1895/month. I asked about the $1700 apartments they advertised on their own website and they said those were already rented out."

"Was sent an eviction letter after complaining that they hadn't fixed a broken furnace for over a year. Constant fire-code violations, and management will never fix anything broken, they just wait until you move out."
